Strategic Planning for Shareholding & Closed Kuwaiti Industrial Companies & its Direct and Indirect Effects on the Economical, Productive, Administrative, Financial & Marketing Performance as well

يعتبر نجاح الشركات الصناعية في تطوير الأداء الإنتاجي والمالي والإداري للوصول إلى كفاءة اقتصادية بعيداً عن الارتجالية في إدارة النشاط. كما أن المنافسة الحالية بعد دخول مفاهيم جديدة في بيئة العمل مثل منظمة التجارة العالمية وفتح الأسواق والتكتلات الاقتصادية أضحت جميعها متغيرات تفرض واقعاً جديداً أمام الشركات الصناعية لتطوير أدائها وإجراء تخطيط استراتيجي يوضح اتجاهات ومسارات المستقبل لرفع كفاءتها في الأسواق المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية. تهدف الدراسة إلى تقويم فعالية التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الشركات الصناعية وقياس تنبؤ غياب التخطيط على الأداء الاقتصادي والمالي ثم تقديم التوصيات. ستعتمد الدراسة على المنهج النظري في جميع أدبيات التخطيط الاستراتيجي والصناعي، ثم المنهج الإحصائي لجمع وإدخال البيانات من الاستبانات والمقابلات، ثم المنهج الاقتصادي التحليلي لقياس الأداء الإنتاجي واخيرا بناء نماذج اقتصادية قياسية لتقويم أداء الشركات. وسيتم اختيار خمسة قطاعات تمثل الصناعة في دولة الكويت.

Industrial companies have managed to achieve considerable development in productive, financial, and administrative performances to achieve economic quality in managing activities. Current competition, the introduction of new concepts in the work environment such as the World Trade Organization, the opening of markets and the economic agglomerations are all new factors of change, which impose a new reality on the industrial companies to develop its performance, through strategic planning that focuses on the future directions. This will enhance the effectiveness of such companies in the local, regional and international markets. The study aims at the evaluation of the effectiveness of strategic planning in industrial companies, measuring the effect of the absence of planning on the economic and financial performance, and introducing recommendations. The study will adopt the theoretical methodology in collecting previous literature about strategic and industrial planning. It will then undertake the statistical methodology in data collection and data entry as well as questionnaires and interviews. The study will also adopt the economic analytical methodology in measuring productive performance. Finally, it will build standard economic models to evaluate the performance of companies. Five sectors will be selected to represent industry in the State of Kuwait.
