Quantification of the Contribution of the Main Activities at the Shuaiba West Industrial Area to Ambient Pollution Levels at Ali Sabah Al-Salem

The project work started officially in April 2015 under a generous sponsorship from the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS). The project duration was planned to be 16 months. However, due to delays in obtaining the input parameters essential to build the numerical model, the start of Task 2, i.e., Air Dispersion Numerical Modeling, had to be shifted by six months. The project team is working hard to keep the project on schedule; however, it is inevitable that an extension of the project duration is essential.
