Remote Work Capacity Building - Empowering Digital Transformation for Physically Disabled People

لقد ثبت ان المورد الرئيسي في عملية التحول الرقمي في أي صناعة هم الأشخاص الذين يشاركون بقدراتهم الجسدية والعقلية والفكرية بشكل منتظم في سوق العمل المعاصر سواء عبر الإنترنت أو بالطرق التقليدية فهم العنصر المباشر في عملية التحول الرقمي، بينما يتم استبعاد الأشخاص الذين يعانون من بعض أشكال الإعاقة في معظم الحالات. فالدراسات تشير إلى أن نحو 15٪ من سكان العالم يعانون من شكل من أشكال الإعاقة كما تبين أن حوالي 45000 شخص في الكويت يواجهون شكلاً من أشكال الإعاقة فاذا استطعنا توجيه القدرات لتوظيف نسبة كبيرة من هذه الاعداد التي تعاني من معوقات جسدية في العالم الافتراضي نكون قد ساهمنا في تقديم فرصة مهمة ونقلة نوعية . وعليه مع وجود أكثر من 5.2 مليار مستخدم في جميع أنحاء العالم بما تمثله الإنترنت من سوق عمل افتراضي ضخم مع عروض هائلة لفرص العمل عن بُعد. إن التوسع في منصات العمل عن بعد مثل Freelancer و Upwork و Toptal وما إلى ذلك، وميل الشركات الحديثة إلى الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية لجزء من أنشطتها إلى "عمال عن بعد"، يخلق إمكانات هائلة للعثور على عمل في مجالات مختلفة. تمثل هذه الحقيقة فرصة مهمة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وخاصة أولئك الذين يعانون من إعاقات جسدية تمنعهم من دخول سوق العمل الافتراضي يركز مشروعنا على بناء منصة تعليمية رقمية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقات الجسدية تركز على بناء القدرة على العمل عن بعد في مجال التسويق الرقم. والسبب الاساسي في اختيار التسويق الرقمي كمجال اختصاص هو خبرة فريق المشروع وحقيقة أن المنصات البعيدة توفر العديد من الفرص للأشخاص ذات القدرات في هذا المجال. في المرحلة الأولى من هذا المشروع، سيتم فحص المستويات الحالية لكفاءات التسويق الرقمي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة المشاركين في البحث باستخدام المنهجية ذات الصلة، كما سيتم فحص عرض منصات العمل عن بعد بعناية عالية. سيوفر تحليل الفجوة رؤى أفضل حول المجالات الحاسمة للتحسينات، وبناءً على تلك الأفكار، سيتم إعداد دورات التسويق الرقمي الاحترافية واستضافتها على منصة تعليم

Key resource in the process of digital transformation in any industry and any area are people. People with no disabilities (physical, mental, intellectual) regularly take part in the contemporary labor market (both online and traditional) and participate and contribute to digital transformation, whilst those with some form of disability are in most cases excluded. Some evidence suggests that approximately 15% of the world's population have some form of disability. It is estimated that in Kuwait, around 45,000 people are facing some form of disability, whilst this number in Serbia is around 730,000 people. Only 13% of those people are employed in Serbia and in the case of Kuwait no such data is available. With more than 5.2 billion users worldwide the Internet represents a huge virtual labor market with immense offering of remote work opportunities. The expansion of the remote work platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, Toptal etc, and the tendency of modern businesses to outsource a part of their activities to “remote workers”, create huge potential for finding employment in different areas. This fact represents a huge opportunity for people with disabilities, especially for those with physical disabilities, to enter the virtual labor market and find a proper “remote” employment. This project focuses on building a digital learning platform for people with physical disabilities focused on building the capacity for remote work in the area of digital marketing.
