The Study of Shared Responsibility in the Educational System

The study aims at researching and investigating the tools and policies of decision-making in the field of education and their implementation. The sample of the study will include members of the National Assembly, education policy-makers and parents. The tools of the study will consist of several measures including content analysis, documents reviewing, interviews, and questionnaires. The outcome of the study will include: 1. Exploring the roles of policy-makers and parents and their contributions to education. 2. Pin-pointing the strengths and weaknesses of the contributors in the field of education. 3. Understanding the roles played by all concerned parties. 4. Understanding the tools used in educational decision-making. 5. A model will be proposed for the reform of education in Kuwait.
