Microcapillary Flow Cytometer

The guava easyCyte™ systems use patented, microcapillary,laser-based technology capable of detecting mammalian and microbial cells and beads. A sample of fluorescently labeled cells is aspirated into a uniquely proportioned microcapillary flow cell. Forward and side scatter characteristics are detected by photodiode, and fluorophores excited by the violet, blue, or red laser emit signals that are spectrally filtered to resolve upto 10 fluorophores simultaneously.
